What you are purchasing

Eudamic Labs makes and publishes a presentation (pitch, virtual tour or interiors presentation) or a website, with your brand and your material.

A website is published on your hosting account. If you hire hosting from Eudamic Labs, you pay an annual fee; its amount and conditions are in the quote.

What each job includes is defined by the quote you accept in your panel: formats, number of slides, spaces or pages, rounds of changes, timeline, price and hosting period. Anything not in the quote is quoted before we do it.

Pricing and payment

You pay the quoted price. On acceptance, you pay a 50% deposit; the remaining 50% is due when you approve the first draft. Extras are paid before work on them starts.

We issue a tax document for every payment.

Timelines

Schedules are measured in business days, starting when we receive all your materials. They pause while we await information, files or your response.

Revision rounds

The quote specifies how many revision rounds are included. A round is a list of changes within the agreed scope; changes that add content or formats, or additional rounds, are quoted separately.

Deposit refund

If the first draft does not meet your expectations and you decide not to continue, we refund your full deposit. Just let us know instead of approving it.

Once the first draft is approved, payments are non-refundable.

No guarantee of outcome

We do each job as well as we can, but we don't guarantee what doesn't depend on us: funding, winning a grant, approval of a project, search engine ranking or a sale.

Your materials

You declare that you hold the rights to the materials you provide (texts, logos, renders, plans, photos, models and data) and are responsible for third-party claims relating to them. We use them only for your project.

The figures and claims in your presentation or website come from what you give us; we don't invent them or verify them for you.

Who owns the work

The content is yours and you may use the finished presentation as you wish. Eudamic Labs retains its templates, tools, web player and methods; you have the right to use them within your presentation.

On a website, the content and the code made for you are yours once you pay the balance.

We only show your work as an example if you authorize it in writing.

Publishing and hosting

The web version is published with a private link and PIN for the hosting period stated in the quote. We will notify you before it ends so you can renew; otherwise, we take it down. Delivered PDFs and videos are yours and do not expire.

If you purchase the reading report, we measure visits to your presentation as described in the privacy policy.

Confidentiality

We don't share your brief, your material or your work with anyone, except the providers we need to make and publish it (hosting, storage, email and production tools), who process them only for that.

How we make it

We use software tools, including artificial intelligence, to prepare presentations. A person reviews each presentation before showing it to you, and nothing is published without a human decision.

Liability

Our liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish the new version and its date here. Your project is governed by the terms in effect when you accepted the quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Chile.
